More repulsive then the wedding Crashers......

This is a really repulsive movie. About the only thing it says is that New Line will approve any crappy script they can.

Not a good movie. But if your bored...why not?

Let me first start of by saying I never wanted to see this movie. I am fourteen years old and am going into my sophomore year. I don't usually go for comedies. With my thoughts of this movie going to be horrible it actually surprised me and was below average. I actually got some good laughs from some parts. The movie was short, sweet, to the point, and had me interested. I'm not saying interested like I would watch it again but definitely able to watch it. Overall, it was a below average movie that is better than most teen comedies out there. It wasn't anything special and had some pretty good laughs every now and again.

clever idea, mediocre execution

Sam Leonard is a 17 year-old pipsqueak who looks more like an incomingfreshman than an outgoing senior. Newly arrived at Bridgeport High, Samsuffers the slings and arrows of abuse and ridicule on a daily basis -until, that is, he figures out that the way to get the "cool" kids tolike him is to concoct elaborate fabrications about virtually everyaspect of his really quite humdrum life. The problem is that one dayall the lies he has been telling mysteriously start coming true - withdecidedly disastrous results for Sam and all those around him. In trueparabolic fashion, Sam is finally forced to concede that honesty may infact be the best policy when it comes to winning friends, influencingpeople and getting what one really wants out of life."Full of It" is a bush-league morality tale that uses magical realismto make its point. Yet, while youngsters may be amused by some of thewish-fulfillment aspects of the plot and even edified by the littlelessons about life that Sam learns along the way, concerned parentsshould note that a certain overall sleaziness in the tone may make thisless than ideal viewing for the average pre-teen. Adults, on the otherhand - whether sleazy or not - will be pretty much unengaged by thewhole thing. Though, if the truth be told, the movie does have a fewgenuinely clever moments scattered amidst all the distasteful and dullones, as well as a denouement that really is pretty darn funny. As Annie, the sole member of the student body who befriends Sam, KateMara (memorable as Heath Ledger's daughter in "Brokeback Mountain")brings such a transcendent warmth and depth to her character that sheseems to be performing in a whole other movie entirely (one can almostsense the actress's impatience at bursting the bonds of the material soshe can move onto better things). Ryan Pinkston is somewhat lessimpressive as the benighted Sam, though he does have a certain boyishcharm that comes across well on screen.

Full of Funny

This is not going to be a movie where you jump out and applaude for, but it will make you laugh. There are super funny and creatively witty moments in the movie that keeps it original. Story is alright but the main part that kept it rolling was acting. This is definately a movei worth watching.

lol hilarious. gym shower!! Again!

that boys shower is sick!!!! i nearly lost my lunch laughing. crappy night so my friends and i left a sleeper and just slid into this theater just in time for the start didn't even know what it was about really. which is kinda how i like to see a flick. all these posers going on. R-rated? Loser. just a bunch of cripples too outta it to know what me and my friends like. i feel bad for that short kid even though he gets the hotter girl in the end. worth seeing, maybe even renting. just the thought of it makes me !!!!!!lol.
